We have spent countless hours in our bakery perfecting our gluten free recipes that has just the right consistency and melts in your mouth. Our secret is power punching chia seeds! Lots of chia seeds. Most gluten free baked good use xanthan or guar gums but at Cupcakes by Kasthuri, we only use chia seeds! When you combine our sorghum, millet, sweet brown rice flour and all other organic ingredients, you may very well be eating the best tasting gluten free cupcakes you may have ever had.
